This is the southern most summit (for SOTA) in the Mustang Mountains and, as the name says, the high point. The hike was moderate, a bit steep in places, rocky and grassy, with the most scrub and rock climbing happening in the last 100 yards before the summit. Every now and again I bring friends along on the hikes; this time the youngest was a 9 year old, who managed the climb just fine. I normally do not mess with summit logs, but when others come along it is a pretty cool thing to find and sign the log.
